How should I arrange the furniture in my living room/bedroom/doggie bedroom?

I have a large room, but lots of furniture…. ALL of which I use. It is a rectangular shape, with windows and a door to the balcony at one end (side A- a short end) and the entrance to the room on the other side (side B the other short end). In the room we have a double bed, a couch, a large coffee table (needed for the storage inside), a bookshelf and an entertainment centre, AND a doggie area w/ a kennel and a litterbox.

Summary:
Side A (short side): window on whole wall, with door to balcony right next to it on wall C
SideB (opposite short side): Plain wall, but with door right next to it on wall C….
Side C: Entrance to room next to sideB, cutout to kitchen in middle of wall, and exit to balocony door next to side A
Side D: Big Plain Wall

We rent so we can’t change much…. furniture arrangement tips?

I am trying to envision this. Is there room for bookshelf/entertainment on wall B? with couch on wall A? Bed on wall D? Doggie area close to balcony? Hmm
