We mistakenly bought interior latex paint for a exterior job. Will the paint job suffer if we paint over the interior paint using exterior paint or do we need to sand all the interior paint off first?

   no just recover with exterior paint

   Just paint over it but be sure you use the same type of paint. If you used latex, cover it with latex, etc.
