you can should you..no they are not made to withstand the weather..you should be using an oil base outside..not a water base..an oil base will help prevent mold and blistering..weather indirectly can lead to both of these things..painting is a huge task to undertake and if you are going to do it..do it correct the first time it will save you time and money in the long run..any paint color you can get for the inside you can get for the outside as well
If this location is not to be in direct line of weather, then the paint should be fine. A latex or enamel would be fine, but I would not use an eggshell or flat paint as they will not give the same protection and they tend to “hold” dirt. Good Luck
I would not advise it. Exterior paint contains a midewcide and even though it is porch it is still subject to the evironment and rain and humidity. You can never predict what the direction the rain will come from. Invest in a good exterior paint for it to last longer and you won’t have to do alot of maintenance. Paint is not just for asthetics, , good looks… It protects the wood from the elements

I would use exterior because eventually the humidy or the dampness will start making it bubble up.
Yeah but don’t expect it to last through the weather changes for very many years if there is a lot of humidity.
